Glencar have been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Building Magazine awards.

Glencar is delighted to have been shortlisted in 𝐭𝐰𝐨 categories at this year’s Building Magazine awards: 🏆 1️⃣  Contractor of the Year (up to £500m) and 🏆 2️⃣ Delivering Social Value. The judges have applauded our strategic achievements, including:

𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧: 🌍 Expanding into new sectors and regions in 2023, including film studios, life science, data centres, and Ireland, while maintaining core strengths in industrial and logistics sectors.

𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: ♻ Maintaining controlled growth through significant investments in people, infrastructure, and processes to build a solid foundation for success. Also, focused on consolidating resources and enhancing operational excellence.

𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: 🤝  Over the past year, we have reinforced our commitment to delivering social value, embedding it into our culture. This included initiatives such as ‘Street Doctors’ training, pre-employment programmes, work experience placements, Christmas toy donations, events for residents to meet project teams, community volunteering and much more besides.
