Glencar Construction is pleased to have been appointed by BMW to design and build a brand new 3,800 sq. metre logistics facility at the Hams Hall Plant, Coleshill, Birmingham.
Glencar Construction is pleased to have been appointed by BMW to design and build a brand new 3,800 sq. metre logistics facility at the Hams Hall Plant, Coleshill, Birmingham.
Works are due to commence in October 2021, and will include a new ‘vendor village’ and associated new car collection area, extension to the existing building canopy, modification of existing canopy area / loading and unloading area and new temporary storage structure.
The project team includes Lysander, BCR Infinity and Fairhurst.
