Glencar’s Role
Appointed under a Design & Build contract, Glencar was responsible for the full delivery of the distribution unit, office accommodation and all associated external works, ensuring programme certainty and quality throughout the 46-week construction period.
Scope of Works
Warehouse & Office Construction
Construction of a 190,598 sq ft distribution facility incorporating integrated office accommodation designed to provide high-quality, flexible workspace alongside efficient warehouse operations.
External Works & Infrastructure
Delivery of comprehensive external works including car parking, service yard provision, site access arrangements and associated external services.
Site Services & Access
Implementation of all necessary site infrastructure to support operational functionality, vehicle circulation and occupier requirements.
Sustainability & ESG
The project achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating, reflecting its focus on energy efficiency, sustainable construction practices and long-term environmental performance.
