Project Overview
Phase 2, Unit B at Greenogue Logistics Park involved the fit-out of a 90,000 sq ft warehouse facility for Wincanton and IKEA. The works were delivered as a focused, fast-track package designed to support high-volume logistics operations within an operational distribution environment.

The scope centred on installing specialist racking, fire protection systems and upgraded lighting to enable immediate operational use while maintaining compliance with fire and safety standards.
