The four-year framework brings together 56 appointed contractors
across five main lots, providing public sector organisations with access to
construction expertise for projects ranging from £5 million to over £60
million.
Glencar has been selected alongside some of the UK’s most established
construction businesses, including BAM Construction, John Sisk & Son,
Kier Construction, Morgan Sindall, Sir Robert McAlpine,
VolkerFitzpatrick, Wates Construction and Willmott Dixon.
Managed by Pagabo, with YPO acting as the centralised procurement
authority, the framework will support the procurement and delivery of
major construction projects across sectors including healthcare,
education, housing, local government and emergency services.
The framework covers regions across England, Scotland, Wales and
Northern Ireland and is now in its third generation, with previous
iterations supporting the delivery of more than £3 billion worth of
construction projects.
The appointment follows Glencar’s recent selection for Pagabo’s £4.29bn
National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling
Works 2026, further strengthening the contractor’s relationship with
Pagabo and creating additional opportunities to bring its construction
and infrastructure expertise to public sector clients.
