"Chancerygate placed the building contract with Glencar to complete our development at Zephyr Park, Dagenham. The original contractor had gone into Administration and we worked very closely with Glencar to assess the current status of each sub-contractor package, outstanding works, costs to complete and programme. Once concluded, we appointed Glencar to complete the development. It’s not an easy situation to take on a project but Glencar demonstrated a commitment and detailed diligence to work through the pre-restart issues thoroughly and quickly, allowing us to re-start the development and complete the scheme as soon as practical.
