The original contractor had gone into Administration and we worked very closely with Glencar to assess the current status of each sub-contractor package, outstanding works, costs to complete and programme. Once concluded, we appointed Glencar to complete the development. It’s not an easy situation to take on a project but Glencar demonstrated a commitment and detailed diligence to work through the pre-restart issues thoroughly and quickly, allowing us to re-start the development and complete the scheme as soon as practical.
