The unit was completed to a high-quality shell and core specification, with selected enhanced finishes incorporated to suit the client’s specific requirements. The scheme also includes comprehensive external works to support site functionality and long-term operational performance.

Project Requirements

Glencar’s Role
Glencar was appointed to deliver the full design and build of the industrial unit, coordinating all construction activities from inception through to completion. This included managing the design team, overseeing construction works, and delivering a high-quality asset aligned with the client’s investment objectives.
