| Glencar has today announced its appointment as the main contractor for the design and construction of a significant industrial and warehouse development in Tottenham, North London, for long-standing and valued customer Valor Real Estate Partners.
This transformative project will deliver two high-specification logistics units totalling 73,000 sq ft, including ancillary office spaces, service yards, and car parking. Located at West Road, Tottenham, the development reflects Glencar’s commitment to delivering sustainable and innovative facilities that meet the evolving demands of the industrial sector. The project will involve extensive site preparation, groundworks, and sustainable waste management practices, and will also incorporate S278 highway improvements to enhance site access. Designed to achieve a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and an EPC A+ energy performance certificate, the development aligns with the highest environmental standards and the Net Zero Carbon targets outlined in the London Plan.
