Two new warehouse units at Tower Gate for Craigard

Glencar Construction is delighted to announce they have been awarded a contract for the design and build of two new industrial/warehouse units for Craigard.

Located on Tower Gate, St Peters Road in Huntingdon, unit 1 will provide a minimum gross internal area of 42,350 sq ft and unit 2 13,087 sq ft. Works include providing a ground floor warehouse facility, with level access doors and loading docks, first-floor offices, external yard areas and car parking. Both units are located on self-contained sites on an existing business park.

The project team includes Signal Surveyors, BCR Infinity and Burrows Graham.
