Glencar has been awarded a contract by longstanding client Valor Real Estate Partners to complete the design and construction of two industrial units in Beckton.
Glencar has been awarded a contract by longstanding client Valor Real Estate Partners to complete the design and construction of two industrial units totalling 40,746 sq ft including mezzanine office space at Gemini Business Park in Beckton.
The project team includes Liberty QS, PHP Architects and Bradbrook. The scheme is due for completion in Q4 2022.
