Project Overview
Mammoth 602 is located on a 32-acre site in Doncaster and comprises a 601,761 sq ft, highly specified distribution and logistics warehouse. Appointed to deliver the fit-out works, Glencar transformed the developer’s shell into a fully operational facility for Maersk, one of the world’s leading logistics providers.

The project required the integration of specialist systems and infrastructure to support high-volume distribution and transport hub operations.

Glencar’s Role
Glencar acted as principal contractor for the full internal fit-out, coordinating specialist trades and managing the installation of racking, sprinkler systems and mechanical and electrical services throughout the warehouse and office spaces.

Scope of Works

Warehouse Fit-Out
Installation of new high-bay racking systems designed to maximise storage capacity and operational efficiency within the 601,761 sq ft warehouse.

Fire Protection Systems
Full sprinkler installation tailored to the racking configuration and operational requirements of the facility, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.

Mechanical & Electrical Installations
Comprehensive M&E works to the warehouse space, main offices and transport hub areas, delivering the infrastructure required for Maersk’s logistics operations.

Office & Transport Hub Fit-Out
Fit-out works to the main office accommodation and associated transport hub facilities, creating functional and operationally efficient support spaces.

Sustainability & ESG
