Unit R, Aerodrome Business Park comprises the full fit-out of a 240,000 sq ft warehouse and office complex in Dublin, delivered for PRL Logistics Solutions. The project involved transforming the facility into a carbon-neutral-in-operation logistics hub, integrating modern warehouse infrastructure, upgraded building services and high-quality office accommodation.
The scheme supports PRL Logistics’ integrated freight and transportation operations and was delivered within a fast-track programme, requiring precise coordination across multiple specialist disciplines.

The client required a comprehensive fit-out solution to deliver a fully operational logistics facility within a defined programme. Key requirements included upgraded sprinkler infrastructure, installation of warehouse racking, enhanced M&E services, renewable energy generation through photovoltaic systems, and the fit-out of a three-storey office and welfare space to modern workplace standards.
Glencar’s Role
Glencar was appointed to deliver the full fit-out works, coordinating building services, specialist installations and associated civils and enabling works. This included managing programme-critical activities, integrating new systems with existing infrastructure, and maintaining close collaboration with the client and design team through to completion.
