Glencar delivered the design and construction of a 20,400 sq ft industrial distribution unit at New Stanton Park for Verdant Regeneration. The development was designed to provide modern, flexible industrial space supported by high-quality office accommodation and comprehensive external works.
Positioned within a growing commercial location, the unit has been built to an exceptionally high standard, with excellent on-site car parking provision and efficient loading facilities to support occupier operations.
Glencar’s Role
Operating under a Design & Build contract, Glencar was responsible for the full delivery of the warehouse and office accommodation, alongside all associated external works and infrastructure.
Scope of Works
Warehouse Construction
Construction of a 20,400 sq ft industrial distribution unit designed to accommodate modern logistics and light industrial occupiers, with clear operational space and robust structural design.
Office Accommodation
Delivery of integrated office space providing high-quality working environments to support administrative and operational functions.
External Works
Provision of external works including on-site car parking, service yard areas and loading facilities, ensuring efficient vehicle movements and practical day-to-day operations.
Sustainability & ESG
The scheme was delivered with a focus on quality construction and long-term operational efficiency, incorporating durable materials and efficient building systems to support responsible asset performance over its lifecycle.
Technical & Delivery Challenges
Delivering the project within a 24-week programme required careful coordination of design, procurement and site activities to maintain programme certainty and quality standards.
