About This Project

Project Overview
Unit 2 at White Hart Works involved the high-specification rebuild of a 45,000 sq ft commercial industrial unit in Tottenham, North London. The project delivered modern industrial accommodation designed to support flexible occupation and future adaptation. The rebuilt unit includes a refurbished production area and the creation of two storeys of office accommodation, providing a balanced mix of operational and administrative space. Designed with sustainability at the forefront, the scheme was developed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ performance, delivering a future-ready industrial asset within an established urban location.

Project Requirements
The client required the delivery of a high-quality industrial unit capable of accommodating a range of commercial occupiers. Key objectives included providing flexible internal layouts, high-specification finishes and enhanced sustainability performance. The project needed to integrate two-storey office accommodation alongside the main production area, ensuring functionality for prospective tenants. Achieving strong environmental credentials, including net zero carbon performance and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, was a core requirement, alongside delivery within a defined programme.
