Firethorn Trust appoints Glencar for a second time in quick succession

Glencar Construction is delighted to have been awarded a second contract, in quick succession, by real estate investor and developer Firethorn Trust. The 93,985 sq.ft industrial unit in Erith, South London will comprise warehouse and office space and works include services, infrastructure, landscaping and external works. The scheme will be developed to a high-quality sustainable specification, targeting BREEAM Very Good accreditation

Glencar is due to start on site this month and the project is due for completion in Q1 2023. The project team includes Quartz Project Services Ltd, Stephen George & Partners and Burrows Graham.
