Glencar completes last-mile logistics development in Tottenham for Valor Real Estate Partners

Glencar has completed the construction of a new last-mile logistics development at West Road, Tottenham, delivering two Grade A industrial units for Valor Real Estate Partners.
The finished project, Valor Park Tottenham, delivers two modern Grade A industrial and warehouse units totalling around 72,000 sq ft in a tightly constrained Zone 3 London setting. The scheme provides high-quality office space, secure service yards, parking, cycle facilities and EV charging.

The development includes high-quality ancillary office space, secure service yards, dedicated parking, cycle facilities and EV charging infrastructure.
Located off Brantwood Road and West Road in North London, the project forms part of the wider regeneration and modernisation of industrial stock in Tottenham, supporting urban logistics, trade and last-mile distribution occupiers seeking sustainable, future-ready facilities close to the capital. Both units have been delivered to a high environmental and technical specification, achieving BREEAM “Excellent” and EPC A+ ratings. Sustainability measures include roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, high-efficiency LED lighting, thermally efficient building fabric, water-saving technologies, green roofs to cycle shelters and infrastructure to support electric vehicle use.
