Glencar Construction is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract by valued and long-standing client Aberdeen Standard Investments to redevelop the former Stewarts Plastics site in Croydon.
The new light industrial unit development will consist of three separate buildings divided into eight units, totalling 60,810 sq ft. The project also includes works to form a new link road and further improvements to the Valley Retail Park car park area.
Work is due to commence at the end of June.
