Developed adjacent to Junction 5 of the M20, the scheme provides a strategically located logistics hub designed to support modern industrial occupiers.

The development consists of five contemporary warehouse units with integrated office space, supported by extensive external works and sustainability-led infrastructure.

Project Requirements
The client required a flexible, future-proof industrial scheme capable of accommodating a range of logistics and industrial occupiers. Key requirements included high-quality warehouse accommodation, integrated offices, strong sustainability performance and excellent connectivity to the strategic road network.

The scheme was required to achieve high environmental standards while maintaining operational efficiency and flexibility for future tenants.
