Project Overview
Little Preston, Aylesford comprises the design and construction of a high-specification industrial development delivering 292,586 sq ft of warehouse and office accommodation. Developed adjacent to Junction 5 of the M20, the scheme provides a strategically located logistics hub designed to support modern industrial occupiers.
